The project design consisted of augercast piling foundation with a combination of CIP columns and shear walls, post tension, composite precast, and structural steel with metal deck elevated slabs.Ocean’s Edge at Singer Island in West Palm Beach, Florida - 4/2006 to 4/2007Structural SuperintendentAssigned to this $39MM, 18 story condominium with the structure 6 weeks behind schedule with the structure on the 4th floor & managed to top out on schedule. I resolved multiple post tension issues, created recovery schedule, and documented activities for structural close out.Regatta Condominium in Miami Beach, Florida - 12/2005 to 4/2006Project SuperintendentAssigned to this $11MM, 6 story, 52 unit condo during the foundation stage to replace the resigned superintendent. I completed this tunnel form project despite a defaulting structure contractor and a deficient Argentinean design lacking local codes revisions without incurring any liquidated damages.Howard D. McMillan Middle School in Miami, Florida - 2005Project SuperintendentAssigned as a substitute superintendent to this $5.8MM, 2 story public school addition for a month. The structure was complete while the interiors, façade and roofing were in progress. I completed the roof and coordinated the chilled water tie-in to the existing system while there.The Symphony in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - 2003/2004Structural SuperintendentSupervised a $68MM, twin 22 story condominiums & 6 story parking garage from foundation to an on schedule top out in less than 13 months.
