As the National BIM Operations Manager, I have the overall responsibility to work with key stakeholders to develop, deploy and maintain a collaborative cultural and technology driven BIM implementation strategy.BIM is a process that allows AE Smith to predict construction issues within the CAD environment, this leads to the collaborative resolution of these issues before they are manufactured and installed.
