Produced entire suite of documentation for an international invoice discounting company with 14 overseas offices.Provided due diligence and legal opinions on transactions including the private purchase of an optician chain involving financial assistance worth $16m. General commercial and insolvency work including property repossession, formal calls on security, restoring dissolved companies to the Register of Companies, preference and transactions to the detriment of creditors.
