Taking responsibility for freehold property development, I built a team of development managers and consultants. Together the group developed retail and mixed-use (retail/residential) projects along the eastern seaboard. During my time at Coles Property, I was involved in and responsible for over 20 retail centres spanning from Ulladulla, NSW to Strathpine, QLD. The group completed retail developments worth over $300M under my management and guidance.

Taking an opportunity to work overseas, I worked on a waterfront development at Canary Wharf called "Odyssey". Working in property in the UK taught me about innovative building methods, new planning regimes and integration of affordable housing, to name a few.

Moving to Thakral, I had the opportunity to work on a luxury waterfront development at Newport (The Anchorage). This was a highly technical project which also involved the development of the largest private marina on the pittwater. Further and one of the highlights of my career was forming the strategy, planning and securing approval for "Air on Broadbeach". A luxury 37 storey apartment tower above the existing Oasis Shopping Centre. This was the first high end, luxury spec apartment tower on the gold coast that paved the way for others. As a development manager, I worked on a number of high profile residential projects around Sydney, namely, 1. "Paddington Barracks" at Paddington2. "Forrester Estate" at Marsfield3. "Verde" at WollstonecraftI was involved in various facets of the developments from planning and DA approval to sales and marketing to construction and settlements.

My first property role of my career. Two Lands was a private, boutique company also involved in finance and marketing.I worked with the property partner to help establish the development arm of the group. We developed a number of high end residential projects around the inner west and eastern suburbs of Sydney.
