Under this position I conduct product evaluation and implementation as well as manage our companies RMM infrastructure. Part of my role is working on help desk and going out to client sites with other technicians. Another part is managing our clients backups and testing recovery points.

Summer Internship at Brentwood High School for Information Technology. Did various maintenance tasks such as clearing the dust out of old computers, replacing computer parts, and upgrading to windows 10 sitewide.
