Works with the Operations Implementation team to coordinate all of the IT activities required for new client onboarding. Coordinates activities for the Outsourced Logistics (OL) team, and liaises with various IT groups to ensure required tasks are completed in order to fulfill the requirements of internal customers and external clients. Works in tandem with the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) team and their associated activities to verify pre-production testing to support system changes.Core Responsibilities· Supports new client on-boarding activities within IT systems by working directly with internal customers and external clients/vendors.· Supports current clients’ required IT changes/enhancements when needed.· Provides coaching, mentoring, career planning, performance reviews and day-to-day direction to direct reports.· Manages third-party Project Managers as needed.· Performs additional duties as directed.

National responsibility for Pyxis Supply/Perioperative Business comprised of implementation, Services and Support. Managed ten Engineers and two Consultants as direct reports; indirectly responsible for eight Project Managers and 15 Analysts. Supported a national sales team comprised of 14 Account Executives. Maintained a customer base of over 2,500 accounts. Oversaw all aspects of product deployment including contracting, sales and implementation training.

Directed Interfacing and Integration Services of all Pyxis Products. Managed 15Integration Engineers as direct reports. Oversaw the design and deployment ofvendor interfaces.
