My responsibilities include:• Direct/manage staff across all Operations Functions including Governance, Reporting, Capability, Methods and Systems.• Delivery of strategic and operational initiatives in line with the Department Plan.• Improvement of CoPP Project Capability in line with the Project Maturity Capability Model.• Identify and develop opportunities to improve project delivery.• Analyse projects and work with project managers to ensure strategic alignment and develop optimal delivery strategies• Strategy and decision support, portfolio analysis.• Work across Council to develop the Project Portfolio including the use of agreed drivers and advanced modelling to prioritise projects and determine optimal portfolio composition.• Develop the Portfolio Management Improvement Roadmap.• Undertake initiatives to improve portfolio delivery.

The Customer and Partner Program is creating a new business (Alliance Bank) and integrating four external partner organisations. The largest program ever undertaken by the bank and comprises a very broad and complex set of activities across the bank, partners, vendors and external service providers within people, process and technology domains. My key role is to enable the development and delivery of new operational models, processes, business and technology solutions. To do this I have established an innovative and integrated risk approach with appropriate framework, policies, methodologies and tools. In addition I have accountability for the end-to-end delivery of specific projects and execution of PMO services.
