Listens to an Audio recording like interview, panel discussion, dictation and accurately put them into words as transcripts.

-Attends to the wishes and comfort, personal appearance and hygiene of residents at all times- Take and chart observations of residents including weight, food and liquid intakes/ outputs.-assist and actively encourage the social care and the well being of residents. -assist with the reception and orientation of new residents in reassuring manner.-prepare food trays and eating areas. Prepare resident meals and provide assistance to residents with eating as required.-tidy residents’ room and cupboards, keeping clothing and possessions in order-Make beds and change bed linen. Dispose of soiled linen in accordance with home procedures.
