Currently manage Federal Government projects as a member of the AT&T Professional Services team for, but not limited to, Department of Homeland Security, United States House of Representatives, United States Air Force, United States Marine Corp, NASA and Department of Justice.I currently hold a Department of Justice Public Trust that I obtained in 2015.Job duties include, but are not limited to work order scheduling and creation, ensuring technician assignments, tracking work order completion, manual billing upon work order completion, quoting and material ordering throughout all project phases. Phases begin with site surveys for newly installed fiber and copper circuits and environmental conditions for new router/switch hardware installation. Based on survey results, I coordinate with our account teams the next phase, which is either inside wiring to extend circuits from the demarcation point to the customer premise equipment, or the installation and test and turn-up of new hardware.I worked with the AT&T Technical Process/Quality Team to develop a Cisco Training Curriculum for our Field Technicians to ensure they have the training necessary to successfully support our Federal Government customers. I provide our Field Technicians with the training courses and assist them through the Department of Justice clearance process to include Public Trust, Secret and Top Secret clearances.

Manage a crew of 15 technicians who engage in installation and maintenance, provisioning, dispatch, and testing activities at the customer site or a company location for POTS, Special Services, Designed Services, Data Services, U-verse or related power equipment.Review technician performance and provide feedback and coaching to technicians designed to address performance issues. Conduct safety and quality inspections to ensure high quality and safe performance by technicians. Identify and remove roadblocks to safe and efficient performance by technicians. Work with Dispatch to ensure that work is effectively assigned. Ensure that technician training is complete. Administer discipline to technicians and make recommendations concerning long term suspensions or terminations of technicians. Address and resolve customer complaints or service issues. Receive technician grievances and resolve them at the step one level as appropriate. Handle other issues related to union matters, as necessary. Ensure that all functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet customer and company specifications. Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all operations with respect to installation support, service and major moves, adds, and changes. Management of technicians includes responsibility for technician time reporting, payroll, and on-call or vacation scheduling. Responsible for utilizing Management Systems & Operational Control (MSOC) techniques to manage employee efficiency, performance, and customer service.

Currently hold an active role in the build, launch, maintenance and growth of the IAD (Sterling, VA) and BWI (Baltimore, MD) markets. Responsible for maintaining all Ericsson CDMA equipment (to include Media Gateways, CSVS’s & CPDS’s, VSE, MTX, Solaris OS’s), Tellabs, Alcatel-Lucent & Cisco ASR9K equipment, monitoring cell sites, new site builds, T1 additions, carrier adds, trunk builds (SS7 Protocol) and equipment troubleshooting.Creating and maintaining accurate documentation pertaining to circuit information, site availability, router configurations, backup procedures, etc. I have assisted other Cricket markets with regards to their integration of Alcatel-Lucent equipment as well as day to day operations with Ericsson and Tellabs equipment. Work closely with our RF Department to assist with ongoing network optimization which includes the collection and processing of network performance data.Maintain Data Center equipment during normal business hours as well as off business hours to include emergency maintenance, planned maintenance, installations, upgrades, system functionality testing, troubleshooting, etc.Perform Network Operations Manager duties for the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. markets as necessary due to corporate reorganizations & personnel transitions. Duties included but were not exclusive to scheduling day to day switch and field operations, site construction and repair, budgeting and compiling daily/weekly reports with regards to network availability, work performed, areas of concern, & capital/operating expenditures.

Assist in configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of SMS servers, MMS servers, Anypath Voicemail equipment and Push-To-Talk servers as well as various nodes of routing equipment including Cisco AS5400’s, 3550’s and Passport 8600’s. Build, test and bring into service trunk groups and BTS Cell Sites used for voice and data traffic throughout our Nortel wireless network. Responsible for patching Nortel DMS, PVG/CBRS, NPM, CSP and NBSSLIP equipment. Built database to encompass network resource information used on a daily basis. Assisted in creating backup procedures for nodes across Nortel network. Attended various Nortel training courses including server administration, switch management and Passport 8600 configuration and administration.

Configured and maintained email servers, spam filtering and virus protection software. Assisted end users with Internet connectivity issues on dial-up, ISDN, DSL and T1 platforms.
