He was a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair of Exabeam, Inc., a global leader in Next-gen SIEM and XDR which was acquired by Thoma Bravo. He also was a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair of ForeScout Technologies, Inc, a public cybersecurity company which was acquired by Advent International. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the audit committee of Control4 Corporation a public company which was acquired by SnapAv.He is an active investor in private technology companies and is a member of the board of directors for various early stage privately held companies. He served as the U.S. Managing Partner-Audit and Enterprise Risk Services, Technology Industry and the U.S. Managing Partner-Venture Capital Services Group at Deloitte LLP. Prior to joining Deloitte he was the CFO for Redleaf Group and prior to that, a partner with Arthur Andersen LLP where he was the Managing Partner of the Silicon Valley Office and also led the Global Technology Industry Practice.
