1. Runs complete end-to-end HR and payroll automation, provides technical support and advice to different clients2. Supervises payroll services provided:Provision of online access to payroll filesWeb-based/online employee self-serviceProvision or integration of electronic Bundy Clock or Bio-MetricsSettlement of withholding taxes and contributions to respective government agenciesPreparation of payroll-related summaries and reports3. Prepares Payroll Journal Entries, Payroll Variance Reports, Bank Advice, Government Forms for Remittance (BIR 1601C, PhilHealth RF-1, SSS R5 & HDMF MCRF053)4. Processes 201 Files, Employee Earnings, Basic Pay Adjustments, Employee Allowances, Employee Loans, Employee Adjustments, Employee Shifts, Employee Leaves, Terminal Pays, 13th/14th Month Pay Computation 5. Answers employee inquiries thru email regarding the system’s online employee self-service particularly on the editing of employee time records and hours worked, viewing of payslips, filing of employee leaves, loans and overtime6. Monitors attendance discrepancies mainly on employee absences, tardiness and undertime; Validates system filed employee overtime and rest day/holiday premium7. Does the tax annualization by the end of the year and generate three documents compliant with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) related to Annualization: BIR Form No. 1604CF or the Annual Information Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded)/ Income Payments Exempt from Withholding Taxes, Alphalist or the Alphabetical List of Employees from whom taxes were withheld, BIR Form No. 2316 or the Certificate of Compensation Payment / Tax Withheld For Compensation Payment With or Without Tax Withheld8. Ensures that clients’ payrolls are processed timely, accurately, and compliantly9. Understands all aspects of payroll in regards to payroll laws and regulations in the Philippines
