Marine and Industrial Diesel Generators Service Support. Work with Distributors, Direct Dealers, Channel Partners, and Area Managers as Kohler management representative at the local level. Manage channel efforts to promote Kohler products by direct sales promotion, shows, etc. Assist with calls to engineers, contractors, OEM Accounts and dealers.To assess the training needs with both new and existing dealers/technicians within the regions and work to provide this on existing and new product. Working with channel partners and internally to resolve “Customer Feedback/Field Complaints” and other reported product issues.Take responsibility for Warranty submissions from dealers/distributors and liaise with internal warranty department to ensure claims are correct and fair.Application engineering support for marine installations, both pleasure and commercial.Single phase and 3 phase systems including paralleling of multiple units.Commissioning and training on Marine and industrial standby and prime power applications.
