Responsibility for the development and strategic direction of our Major Account Practice in Southeast Asia. I was responsible for the coordination of all lines on large or complex accounts and ran a team of practice leaders around the region.

Responsibility for the commercial book of business in Hong Kong ranging from major/complex accounts to small and medium enterprise business. I was responsible for all aspects of the business ranging from strategic direction to budgeting, team building and recruitment.

Having worked for Lowndes Lambert in London I transferred to Hong Kong and became Managing Director, Non Marine. I was responsible for business development and placement for our whole non marine portfolio as well as for budgeting, recruitment and all other aspects of the business.
