Serves as the Senior Vice President for Tetra Tech’s International Development Services (IDS) Division based in Arlington, Virginia. The IDS Division, with more than 5,000 staff and 100 offices globally, provides technical assistance and program management consulting services to the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the U.S. Department of State (DOS), the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), the Development Finance Corporation (DFC), the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), the United Kingdom Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), the European Union, multilateral development banks, and other donor agencies and private sector organizations worldwide. With more than 30 years of experience working in international development, provides senior management leadership for the Division’s representation in Washington DC and for global operations, including annual operating plans, strategic planning, marketing and business development, communications and outreach, financial and risk management, mergers and acquisitions, private sector engagement, and technology innovation. Serves as the Chair of the Executive Advisory Board of the Professional Services Council/Council of International Development Companies (PSC/CIDC). as the Treasurer and member of the Executive Board for the Society for International Development - United States (SID-US) and is a member of the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC). Mr. Johnson received MBA and BS undergraduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin and holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
