I am a talented professional with more than 25 years of extensive experience in residential home building including single family and multi-family units, warranty management, renovation and project management. My background in Residential Home Building and Construction has provided me with the excellent people and communication skills necessary to succeed in this field. I can arrange and coordinate all phases of home building, manage multiple movements of people and resources and monitor activities to ensure complete and quality work is performed at all times. Responsible for the on site review and management of repairs for warranted residential construction homes. I work closely with Homeowners, Sub Contractors, Real Estate Agents, Construction Managers and Divisional Managers to ensure all expectations of process are met or exceeded.

Handle all aspects of new construction and renovation sales and management. Key point of contact between customer and sub contractor/vendors. Apply for all building permits with City, County and property Associations.
