I am responsible for providing leadership and direction in the design, implementation, and support of business application systems throughout the organization. This includes ensuring the systems are supported for all users, managing a regimented maintenance schedule for the applications, and managing the department’s activities and resources in conjunction with the other members of IT Leadership and the business owners; in alignment with the overall objectives of the organization. I am responsible for developing and managing the Vendor Relationships associated with the delivery of solutions in use and managing the operating and strategic budgets for the business applications.

I manage a team of analysts that handle the care and feeding of our Workday, Lawson and Taleo applications.

As the ERP Applications Manager I am responsible for a team of Analysts and Developers maintaining and supporting our core applications suites; Lawson, Kronos Workforce Central and OnBase. When joining the hospital in mid-2013 I took over managing a project to upgrade Lawson from version 9.0 to version 10.0. We successfully upgraded our Financial, Payroll, HR and Supply Chain modules as well as the underlying technology layers, moving to a new hardware platform and operating system. Additionally, my team was responsible for a successful upgrade of OnBase and a conversion from API to Kronos Workforce Central.

I manage all technical aspects of our Lawson ERP system. That includes but is not necessarily limited to; Evaluating and recommending new offerings to purchase, maintaining the current environment and applications, managing all inbound and outbound integration points, managing all implementations and upgrades, developing LBI Reports, and developing ProcessFlow processes.
