About Mark Joseph

I love my job. I get to really make a difference in peoples lives.As a young man I suffered terribly from panic attacks and anxiety, fortunately I had the great opportunity to learn mindfulness techniques that transformed my mind. My journey took me to the Himalayas to learn and practice more advanced forms of mindfulness. After 3 years of living in a Buddhist temple I began teaching 8 week stress reduction workshops. This developed into a teacher training series and many of my students are now full time mindfulness and mental health facilitators. My greatest success story to date is running a global mental wellness challenge for Givaudan uniting many satellite branches to practice mindful exercises and join with stories of hope and resilience. During the pandemic our company grew exponentially and happy to be of great service to so many wonderful and mindful clients.
