South Wales

I represent Age Partnership as an Independent Equity Release Adviser and provide face to face equity release advice to clients in the South Wales area in the comfort of their own home. I pride myself in giving excellent service to my clients and with the support of Age Partnership I am able to advise on equity release solutions from the whole of the market. I have worked in the financial services industry since 1983 and although I have chosen to specialise in equity release I am qualified to diploma level. Age Partnership are committed to putting the client at the heart of everything they do and this is embedded in the way they do business with them. The main aim of myself and Age Partnership is to enable our clients to achieve their objectives on the best possible terms thereby minimising the impact on their estate.

South Wales

My role involved providing financial advice to new and existing Aviva clients in the South Wales area, predominantly providing advice in the areas of Equity Release and Post Retirement Planning. This included completing fact find interviews both face to face and over the telephone, with presentation appointments being completed face to face. I also compiled and issued personalised suitability reports to confirm the appropriateness of products being recommended.This was done whilst adhering to company and industry standards of compliant and ethical behaviour to ensure clients receive excellent service and advice and the most appropriate products for their circumstances.

Duties included the provision of financial advice to new and existing Principality Building Society clients in the South Wales area in my capacity as an appointed representative of Norwich Union. This involved completing face to face fact find interviews and presentation meetings in a building society environment and compiling and issuing suitability reports to confirm the suitability of products being recommended to clients.
