External Policy Analyst
Develops, executes & revises policies, programs and procedures implementing Sexual Assault Prevention and Response programs within the Department of the Air Force. Complete knowledge and implementation of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation process. Stood up and executed the SHARP School at Fort Belvoir, VA. Supervised SHARP trainers who were deployed Army-wide to instruct the SHARP Foundation Course. Assisted in the planning and coordination for the annual SHARP Summit Conference.

Results: spear headed the revision of AR 350-1 and used knowledge as a former Military Transition Team leader to develop important Transition Team training as well as Battle Command issues for the Senior Army leadership to determine the appropriate way ahead for each.
