Develops, executes & revises policies, programs and procedures implementing Sexual Assault Prevention and Response programs within the Department of the Air Force. Performs analyses spanning the range of the sexual assault subject area to ensure full implementation of the program. Directs and guides Air Force elements (Major Commands, Direct Reporting Units) concerning plans, programs, and budget matters related to sexual assault and prevention program policy.

Provides oversight for work performed by the subcontractors to ensure the schedule isadhered to for three construction projects located on Quantico National Cemetery. Plans the onsite work to ensure materials and personnel are in place at the correct time and wearing the proper Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE). Identifies any issues that are not in compliance with the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and Construction and Professional Services Manual and communicates with the Quality Control Manager for solutions. Inputs budget, payroll, labor, safety issues and equipment information, along with daily reports, into the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Resident Management System Database. As the Site Safety and Health Officer, responsible for managing daily preventive and corrective Quality Control and Safety activities for three Federal construction projects located on Quantico National Cemetery. Conducts weekly Toolbox Talktraining sessions on a selected topic. Also responsible for maintaining and updating the company Accident Prevention Plan. Conducts weekly Quality Control and Safety Meetings, performs Quality and Safety inspections to ensure all onsite personnel understand and are in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the United States Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Manual (EM 385-1-1)

Supervised 10 government employees and contractors responsible for developing, updating, tracking, and monitoring Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) focus areas. Performed duties as the Federal Government Contracting Officer Representative, responsible for contracts in excess of $16 million to support training & training material development. Served as the Personnel Policy Section Chief for the Secretary of the Army’s Task Force on Behavioral Health. Ran the Army's Department of Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program. Expert knowledge of Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, used as a guideline for care and treatment & hiring actions for new employees. Lead point of contact for all prevention and response education and training related to the Department of the Army's SHARP Program. Developed and implemented education and training plans supporting the Army’s overall goals & objectives in accordance with Army policies. Supervised the development of training curriculum, to include: Initial Entry, Professional Military Education, Civilian Education System, Unit Readiness, SHARP Foundation & Career Courses for Victim Advocates and Sexual Assault Response Coordinators and the SHARP Trainer Course. Complete knowledge and implementation of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation process. Stood up and executed the SHARP School at Fort Belvoir, VA. Supervised SHARP trainers who were deployed Army-wide to instruct the SHARP Foundation Course. Assisted in the planning and coordination for the annual SHARP Summit Conference.

Principal instructor, course ware developer and team expert for the Live/Virtual/Constructive and Gaming training environments supporting the Simulation Proponent Division. Responsible for instruction, course design, & development on applying models, simulations, and battle command to meet unit training and readiness objectives. Provided education and training solutions in the areas of modeling and simulation operations for Active Duty, United States Army Reserve, and Army National Guard officers and Government Service employees on the Army Battle Command System. Taught, trained, and mentored Soldiers and government civilian personnel the Simulation Operation Course, the Simulation Professional Course, and the Battle Command Officer Integration Course.

Provided official Army positions on Joint and Defense matters to the Joint Staff; ensured conflict resolution of all issues between the Army Staff and the Joint Staff. Provided planning support to Senior Army Leadership on all issues relating to Joint Staff actions. Prepared the Army's Chief of Staff, Vice Chief of Staff, and the Army Operations Deputy, for weekly meetings of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Acted as both Deputy Planner and the Joint Action Control Office (JACO), supervising six analysts, providing leadership, guidance, evaluation and mentorship. Conducted bi-monthly briefings on JACO procedures for newly assigned military and civilian staff action officers. Additional duties included: processing Joint Staff Action Packages, serving as the Physical Security Officer and the Continuity of Operations Officer. Result: clear and concise Army positions on every critical defense issue put forward to the National leadership in a timely, professional manner.

Directed the Army Training and Leadership Development program, identifying, developing, and tracking all training and education issues. Served as the principal Subject Matter Expert responsible for tracking and reporting all training readiness policy issues. Custodian for Army Regulation, Army Training and Leadership Development, Unit Status Reporting; responsible for rapid action and major revisions to Army regulations, working directly with the Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands, Direct Reporting Units, and the Army Staff making extensive revisions to the Army Leader Development Program. Responsibility and input for The Defense Readiness Reporting System, the Digital Training Management System, the Battle Command Training Strategy, the Army Force Generation process, writing executive summaries and information papers for senior leaders, and processing Staff Action Packages and Joint Staff Action Packages. Conducted research and provided information on Congressional inquiries for the House and Senate Armed Services Committees. Results: spear headed the revision of AR 350-1 and used knowledge as a former Military Transition Team leader to develop important Transition Team training as well as Battle Command issues for the Senior Army leadership to determine the appropriate way ahead for each.
