Executed a $20.7 million annual budget to meet the ever-changing training and logistics requirements of the Navy Enterprise. Ensured Reserve members met administrative, medical and training milestones to support global operations.

Directed a staff of 58 in the execution of daily operations for training 2,300 students per year.• Executed an Annual training Budget of $2.8 million in support of 17 courses of instruction. • Developed an inventory tracking system projecting quarterly budget execution in training material. • Revamped the civilian recognition program to create a system that recognizes and promotes stellar performance with equitable monetary rewards.

Reserve Officer Recruiter responsible for recruiting medical and non-medical Navy Veteran and Direct Commission Officers. Served as Senior Reserve Liaison Officer during Active & Reserve consolidation. • Recognized as being the Senior Trainer and instrumental in increasing the commands Direct Commission affiliations by 100% and an overall increase of 25% in total Reserve Affiliations. • Division Officer responsible for 3 Centers and territory from Baton Rouge LA to Houston TX.• Represented the Navy in multiple diversity expositions and conferences in Texas and Louisiana. • Received the Humanitarian Service medal for volunteer work during Hurricane Katrina evacuations.
