The first three semesters after becoming an active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, I held an elected position that sits on the Executive Committee. The EC is in charge of the internal operations of the Fraternity. Each position is responsible for recruiting a team that assists us with our goals. As an EC, we vote on every major decision and work as a team to better the chapter. Each position is allocated a budget and we use it to carry out our duties.
