I have been tutoring for the past decade, and have worked with students of all ages and learning styles. My core tutoring strengths include the sciences, engineering, mathematics, and test preparation for the MCAT and SAT, but I also have extensive experience tutoring middle and high school students.

Synthesizing the World’s biomedical knowledge through the nferX Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform

I worked in the laboratory of Dr. Robert Langer to develop better delivery systems and controlled release vehicles for nucleic acid therapeutics. • Awarded Peter J. Eloranta Research Fellowship to perform independent research using siRNA therapeutics for neural regeneration. Demonstrated deep, efficient, and non-cytotoxic silencing of target protein in neurons.• As an Amgen Scholar (28 selected from pool of 500), achieved tunable release of siRNA from a hydrogel platform for spinal cord injury applications and established collaboration between Xu and Langer Laboratories.• Led a team through the design, execution, and data analysis of the release kinetics and in vitro studies of a nano-scale preparation of previously-used hydrogel for the controlled release of siRNA.• Designed, synthesized, and screened a combinatorial library for pDNA delivery in four cell lines as part of a three student team. Developed 12 compounds more potent than the commercial standard for neural transfection.
