Statutory Compliances, eg Workmans CompensationPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:The main thrust of my career started in Labour Law at the then Nedbank Staff Society (now IBSA), which was followed by my tenure at the building societies union (amalgamated into Sasbo).In all these finance sector unions I was involved in disciplinary matters internally in the organisations and where disputes arose at CCMA level I was able to run with either conciliations and/or arbitrations.My experience at a soft juice beverage manufacturer as National Human Resources Manager developed my grasp of business and the need to apply fair labour practices.My visual disability and having asserted myself to a high level of competence have substantially raised my emotional intelligence. This, together with a natural affinity to mingle with people enables me to liaise with any level of employee and management. This additional experience of operating in the smme environment empowers me to cover the full spectrum of corporate to smme labour relations applications, thus giving me an ability to be flexible to any and many environments.At present, I provide Human Resources and Industrial Relations services to businesses.
