Acquired and sold approx 200 Million in notes and assets in 2009-12Active managers and Court Appointed Receivers throughout the United States and Canada. Parent company lautrec ltd is one of the largest private owners and operators of manufactured housing communities and apartments in the country. We also own and operate the largest manufactured housing community in Canada. In charge of acquiring/entitling and developing various land parcels througout the US. On average, we have developed approx 500 lots annually and sold improved lots to various national builders. As of September 2012, M Shapiro real estate group is active in over 75 receiverships throughout the US.

Responsible for the oversight of all third part management. In Charge of day to day activities of the company and is also responsible for the company's overall long term strategic planning.The company has historically been involved in the acquisition and development of real estate for its own account and I lead the position of acquisition, entitlement, development and sale process for a multitude of projects including Manufactured Home Communities, Apartments, Retail, Office, multi use and master planned communities in several states.M. Shapiro Real Estate Group also manages hundreds of assets throughout the United States and is currently managing either directly or as a court-appointed receiver for various local lenders and special servicers. These assets include not only conventional real estate, such as manufactured home communities, apartments, retail centers, office buildings, industrial and vacant land, but also various operating businesses.
