I served drinks and ran the bar 3 days a week.Stock control was another responsibility.

I worked in a call centre selling everything from insurance to phone & broadband plans for consumers and business to business.Having performed to the highest standards was trained upwards to manage my own teams with responsibilities for team performance and additional training.Continued high performance and an adherence to the business ethos,I successfully moved into the area of operations and was responsible for a wide array of areas such as rostering,time sheet management and some payroll.

I installed and demonstrated phone panic buttons within the elderly community.
