Primary responsibility is to distribute Taylor & Francis’ eBooks to a large amount of aggregators (e.g., Apple, Amazon) and work with internal colleagues to maintain the Backlist content. Additionally, I am striving to improve the department and workflows by being a member of the Training and Improvement Process Team.This includes:• Examining the metadata of a batch of titles for distribution, filtering out any errors. • Managing the main email support inbox within a 24-hour response time frame. • Communicating with external international conversion partners. • Preparing Backlist and Front list titles for conversion to eBooks.• Team involvement in distributing and prioritising workload.• Working to tight deadlines with attention to detail. • Enthusiastic and dedicated member of the sport and social committee at Taylor & Francis.
