Through cold calling, marketing and contacts, I was responsible for discovering both hospitals and private physician-owned practices that were looking to hire a full time physician or PA-NP and secure a contract to conduct a retained search. I met with C-Level executives and practice owners to determine if they would be a good fit for our recruiting process. I was also involved in all the contract negotiations and price discussions. Facilitated the introduction of the client and recruiter. After recruiter took over, I oversaw the customer service aspect of the search to ensure the client remained satisfied.
