With more than 15 years of experience in the electric utility industry as well as highways/roadways, Mark has unique set of technical competencies involving project management, implementing environmental regulations, program management, asset management, design, construction management and interfacing with government officials and the public. Mark has skill sets in roadway design and construction as well as the electric utility industry in both the corporate engineering support organization and at a power plant. As a transportation engineer, he developed the plans, specifications and estimates for roadway projects. Furthermore, he has experience in managing the construction of roadway expansions, material testing, bridge construction, drainage and extensive interfacing with government officials and the public on projects. In the electric utility industry, experience is wide ranging and entails civil specific work, outage support, power plant equipment and systems and the implementation of environmental regulations. In addition to his experience, Mark is proficient in Excel and CADD (Microstation), has a strong working knowledge in Word, PowerPoint as well as scheduling software Microsoft Project. Other applications that he is familiar with include HEC-RAS and GEOPAK.With his unique experience as a civil engineering and project management in different industries, Mark is seeking opportunities in the utility industry, manufacturing, chemical processing, construction, transportation/highways, municipal, water/wastewater, waste management, environmental or dams.I’m willing to relocate, travel and consider opportunities internationally.
