Managed a Fleet of 315 cars. Role included that all vehicles were maintained on time all the time. Managing corporate customers that had units for long-term. Periodic routine inspections around the island to assure customers that we are always here for them. Managing a team of 25 employees from service technicians, body shop technicians and washstand crew. I was also tasked with the responsibility to create protocols to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Assisted with start up of company in Jamaica. I assisted in the recruitment process for service technicians and parts department. I was temporarily in charge of the parts and service departments when the representatives for the company were off the island. My main role was customer service and rebuilding the Hyundai brand that was being abused. I also assisted that all procedures were followed.
