• Currently assigned as HR Coordinator handling Human Resources Administration• Conducts payroll review and benefits administration for Sta. Rosa Complex among the 700 regular employees• Manages 3rd Party labor compliance which includes compliance to budgeted headcount and labor cost and ensures that headcount is with functional HR and approval. – Third Party Management• Ensures 3rd Party Compliance on Statutory requirements• Collaborates with Supply Chain Operations on Management routines to ensure absenteeism and Overtime (labor cost) is within the approved and budgeted business plan.

Assigned as HR Generalist for Sta. Rosa Plant 2, manufacturing unit in delivering HR services to Support Functions such as Engineering, Packaging, Quality Assurance and Finance Department. As a support group, the services provided among these Departments are in terms of Employee relations, labor relations, talent development and performance management, employee engagement, hiring and recruitment and compensation and benefits.

• Knowledgeable using Power Medical Health System PMHS software.• Processed at least 20,000 insurance claims with high financial, processing and payment accuracy with a maximum limit amounting to $10,000• Escalate and resolve aging/pending claims to meet the SLA of the client.• Coordinate with other insurance/s for processing of claims.• Send service requests when nedded for the resolution of claims.• Monitors aging and pending claims on a daliy basis.
