To achieve these levels, I have worked diligently in every process on site to ensure the highest level of success is met. I have mentored multiple associates in the process guide role, who are now all PA's on site. I dedicate my days to ensure the customer promise is met, and aircrafts depart on time in the safest manner possible. As a leader, I take pride in the fact that I have achieved many feats in a short amount of time, and associates respect and listen to my instructions because they know I am extremely capable and they will thrive and learn under my care.
