As an Operations Manager at STP Solutions Ltd, and previously Contracts Manager for a Main Contractor, I have been overseeing all aspects of construction, contract and operational management for various residential and commercial projects since 2003. With over 20 years of experience in the built environment, I am a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) with a Master of Arts in Real Estate and a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance. I'm CSCS PQP white card qualified. My core competencies include finding problem solving solutions, tendering and estimating, project and contracts management, EHS, budgeting, and leadership. I have a strong focus on customer development and building partnering agreements with contractors and suppliers, as well as the wellbeing and safety of staff and employees.
