Report to the Parts Supply & Logistics Truck Body Catalog Supervisor for Ford Customer Service Division. Responsible for analyzing, releasing, and cataloging service parts forTruck Fuel systems and Truck Body.• Release, analyze and catalog truck fuel tanks, fuel lines, vacuum hoses, fuel pumps, intake manifold and related parts.• Release, analyze and catalog truck lock cylinders, weather-strips, luggage racks, moon roofs, latches, interior and exterior handles, insulators, running boards, mirrors, and insulators.• Develop GCAT catalog sections on the 2005/present Econoline, 2006 Sport Track, 2006 F-250/550 F-Super Duty truck, 2007 Escape, 2007 Edge/MKX, 2008 Escape, 2008 F-Super Duty, 2009 Ford Flex, and the 2009 F150.• Coordinate service part stock quality control issues with the supplier and engineering.• Communicate and coordinate correct service part level release with Product Development Engineering and the supplier.

Responsible for Service Component Release of parts into WERS for Ford/International Joint Venture.• Analyze and released Blue Diamond joint venture service parts for medium duty F650/750 program, fixing the service catalog to increase customer and dealer satisfaction while reducing customer vehicle down-time.• Identified multiple release errors on the 2006 Low Cab Forward program increasing service part catalog integrity.• Spearheaded Green Belt Six Sigma Project to fix the Master Part Number Registry engineering base number service status indicator.• Release and analyze 2006 F650/750 seats and serviceable components structure.• Audit F650/750 BoM for correct engineering base number and CPSC assignment.
