An Attorney licensed in Michigan and Indiana. A Dual US-JD and Canadian-JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and the University of Windsor Faculty of Law with significant government policy and legislative experience. Areas of experience include: Corporate Law: met with the CEOs of major corporate clients, both US and International, to manage the corporation's intellectual property accounts, recent corporate mergers, and government regulatory issues. I also helped draft and review contracts and worked through significant and complex shareholder litigation.Intellectual Property Litigation: experience with federal law through trade secret litigation and trademark and copyright litigation. This included legal research, drafting motions, and briefs, and reviewing documents. As well as advising clients on how to best protect their intellectual property. Public Policy: Legislative Aide at the Michigan House of Representatives, led a team of attorneys and 321 legislators to submit an amicus brief to the United States Supreme Court in a landmark case. Through this, I became a published writer in a Top 50 news publication in the United States. I was also responsible for organizing and advising the Michigan Committee on Ways & Means, legislative research, initial bill drafting, and COVID-19 response where I was allowed to help others and strategically plan with high-ranking officials, including regular conference calls with the Vice President of the United States.
