Determined to provide the 20 disabled residents of this special designation HUD property continuity of care, took over the day-to-day management of the property for six months without pay until a new Management Entity could be hired. Over the past seven years has provided administrative support as Chairman of the Board of Directors and liaison between the local, state and federal offices of HUD and the Management Entity and Resident Manager
