Samsung Electronics sold smartphones loaded with SDS’ integrated messaging solution, called Social Hub, out of NOC (Network Operation Center) in Frankfurt, Germany. - Made strategic alliances with leading global IT companies such as IBM, Intel, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, SAP, Sybase, Symantec, EMC, etc.

Senior Systems Integrator- Worked as a founding member of the Transition Team of then newly created Strategic Outsourcing division in IBM GS, and contributed to the successful delivery of the first customer, Volvo Cars, and following largest customers in North America—Lucent Technology, Chase Manhattan Bank, Kodak, Campbell Soup, Equitable, ComEnergy, etc. - Transition Team designed and implemented the remote management environment in Southbury datacenter using various management tools―Tivoli, Netview, MetaFrame, etc. ―and handed over the management environment to Steady State (Operation) Team.
