Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Spain

Mechanical Commissioning Supervisor, reporting directly to the Global Fleet Drilling Superintendent / VP, leading the mechanical reactivation of Ultra-deepwater drillships ($30 to $45M per ship) in Las Palmas, in preparation for Petrobras, Total and OXY drilling campaigns. • Coordinating resources and supervising the mechanical reactivation / audit team, delivering commissioning activities of Hyundai engines, CAT generators, KBC-NOV cranes, drawworks, iron roughnecks, NOV top drive system, the entire drilling package , inc - CMC, Rolls Royce Azimuth Thrusters.• Leading and preparing maintenance schedule development and final contracting audit (WBS), including total work orders, corrective maintenance, purchase orders, financial structured audit and entire work scope for the DS- 11 Ultra-deep drillship.• Delivering final project scope for client presentations for drilling campaigns in the Gulf of Mexico and Brazil.• Supported reactivation of the Ultra Deep Water Valaris Fleet, including DS4, DS7, DS9, DS11 and DS17 drillships and reactivation is still ongoing.

Iran

- Supervise the maintenance team onboard a jack-up, delivering commissioning, audit, repair, and rebuild work scopes of all mechanical assets prior to drilling operations.- Carry out a complete assessment of rig purchase on behalf of the owner and issue technical reports.- Commission and maintain Varco Top Drive TDS-8, NOV 18P-220 Mud Pumps, NOV 80 Drawworks, ST-80 Iron Roughneck, NOV C-375 Rotary Table, Marathon MLT-116c Jacking System, 6 X Cat 3516C – 1 X Cat 3512C Engines, PCM-120, Nortec 600 Cranes, Quincy QSI370 Compressors, and Rowan LeToruneau drilling technology.

Malaysia

- Reported to the Offshore Maintenance Lead and worked onboard a 6th Generation Drillship, leading a team of field technicians. Worked independently performing inspection, repair, and maintenance of all rig systems including TDS, Mud Pumps, Drawworks, Iron Roughneck, Rotary Table, Engines, Cranes, and Power Slips.- Expanded knowledge scope and experience with OJT on additional rig equipment beyond hydraulic systems including Wrenches, Catwalk, Top Drive, Drawworks, Engines, and Generators.- Maintained the NOV TDS-8s TDS, Lewco 4 x 1700 W-1712 Mud Pump, Lewco LDW3000 3000hp Draw Works, Hawkjaw Sr- M100K Powertongs, Lewco L-375 / L- 495 Rotary Table, 6 X Cat 3516C – 1 X Cat 3512B Engines, MH-Pyramid Drilling System, Favco PC250 / PC300 - 6.5/10K - 7.5/10K Cranes, and PS21 Power slips.

Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia

- Reported to the Maintenance Manager and led a small mechanical team onboard a jack-up drilling rig, delivering preventative maintenance of all rig systems including TDS, Mud Pumps, Drawworks, Iron Roughneck, Rotary Table, Engines, Cranes, and Power Slips.- Set up the Electronic Maintenance System -EMS) and coordinated maintenance activities with onshore support.- Maintained the NOV-TDS11SH/SA/HPT500-VFO/TDS-9-S, IDS-1, Tesco 500 esi-1000hp Top Drive System, NOV12-P-160, 14-P-220, 18-P-22, Oilwell-A-1700-P7, Wirth Mud Pumps, TPK-1600-71/2, Ideco-1600, Contential Emsco-FB-1600, NOV-80-UE-1600hp, NOV-ADS-10T, Kerui E-1500 ACD Draw Works; ST-80 / 100 / HP35S / IR3080, Wrangler80 / 120, Hawk-100K-2GSR Iron Roughneck, NOV C-375, Wirth-RTS-371/2-E Rotary Table, Cat 3512B Engines and Drillmec 3000hp cyber equipment.

- Reported to the Maintenance Manager and led a team of Mechanical Technicians. Delivered daily maintenance, repairs, and rebuilds of all mechanical assets on a 3000HP Cyber Land Rig and supported E&P activities in Kuwait.- Successfully supported drilling and completion of wells with zero mechanical downtime.- Maintained the NOV TDS11SH Top Drive System; NOV12-P-160,14-P-220, 18-P-220 Mud Pumps, NOV-80-UE-1600hp, NOVADS-10T Draw Works, ST-100 Iron Roughneck, Cat 3512B Engines; and NOV -ME -17) 3000hp Cat 3512B cyber system.
