Working with our data scientist, I have a deep understanding of the Australian property market from a macro to the micro-level and forecast how global, federal, state and local economic conditions can impact the property market and our client's portfolios. • Work with our cross-border tax advisor who specializes in overseas and Australian tax law and finance, our mortgage broker who specializes in Australian expat lending and our data scientist. • Build and recommend property plans that take into consideration the clients goals, current economic conditions, predicted economic conditions, property values, yield and capital growth via renovation potential. I work with our clients to refine and approve the plan. Once approved and signed off by a registered tax accountant, I brief our internal team to execute the plan. • Constantly monitor our client's property plans and economic conditions to ensure the plan continues to be sound and if required, course correct when required. • Revisit each client’s existing portfolios and provide an assessment and recommend and implement the required strategies where required.
