Mr. Kosakowski has been a part of the marine survey community for over 25 years. He has worked domestically and internationally, specializing in near coastal and estuarine oceanography, biology and environmental studies. These studies entailed a full spectrum of marine survey services including the deployment and servicing of current meter, wave and tide gauge arrays, dye tracer studies, drifting drogue tracking, water quality monitoring, satellite telemetry, limnological data collection and analysis, meteorological monitoring, and hydrographic/bathymetric surveys.Mr. Kosakowski also served as OSI’s Corporate Health & Safety Officer. He has knowledge of industrial health and safety programs and laboratory experience in standard methods, USEPA and Army COE methodology for analysis of sludge, water, and wastewater. His duties as the CHSO was to develop, update and implement the company’s HSP, create job specific safety plans, implement OSI’s Loss Prevention System (SPSA, JSA, etc), and to manage the safety training and medical testing of employees. He also oversaw OSI commercial drivers maintaining medical records, test records and training documentation for OSI’s interstate commerce.
