I am a seasoned leader and manager consistently looking for efficiencies in processes and people. I enjoy coming to work and supporting our assignments in the quest to meet our mission with a goal to unite people and products. I believe customer service, whether inside with our fellow workers or outside with our associates, business contacts and customers will inevitably lead to the success or demise of our business. I know what success feels like, and I know what failure feels like; I prefer success. I bring a cornucopia of experience, perspective, ideas and best practices with a positive attitude and solid work ethic. I know how to implement and execute. I believe in a teamwork approach permitting us to help each other over the top or to pick someone up when they are down. These traits have led to my many successes, and a wealth of lessons learned. I have seen people blossom when given proper credit for a job well done or when disciplined correctly. I have a unique ability to manage multiple projects and navigate through complex challenges. I have traveled through more than twenty-five countries and always explored the land and people increasing my communication skills and cultural outlook. I have worn many hats through my career – leader, manager, project manager, electronics technician, event organizer, human resources, corporate trainer, salesman, network and computer support, fiber optic repair, mainframe computer technician, hospitality management, auto-body repair, and machinist/drill press apprentice. My hobbies include – technology and computers, shade-tree mechanic, guitar, music, fishing, cooking and volunteering.
