– Manage turf vendors & general contractors for new site build construction, antenna mods, LTE, and capacity adds.– Program manage all special events in MNP (IA/NE/MN/SD/ND) market including expense mods, emergency temp COW/COLT deployments, new site builds, LTE, and carrier add implementation including E911, IT Billing, temp NEPA. – A FirstNet first responder for the western SD/ND and eastern WY market. On call 24/7 for emergency FirstNet deployments.– Approve co locations from an operations stand point.– Review and approve structural analysis reports.– Create & maintain updated project tracking reports.– Assist site acquisition in landlord/tower issues.

o Maintain 23 Omni & sectored cell sites in and around Rapid City. This includes troubleshooting any and all faulty hardware & equipment within the shelter. ( DS1 & DS3 Microwave, Nortel CDMA & GSM BTS’s, tower lighting controllers, generators, battery back up systems, power plants, Nortel analog CE & RF equipment, grounding equipment, HPA’s, high & low speed MUX’s, HVAC’s ) Doing annual preventative maintenance on these sites.o Operate & maintain Anritsu sweep & spectrum analyzing gear, ZKSAM call testing gear, T-1 & T-3 testing gear, Byrd & HP RF power measurement gear, company vehicles.o Periodic visual inspections on towers, feed lines, antennas, lighting, and grounding.o Site walks on new builds.o Walk through inspections with local, county, state and federal officials.o Work with area net techs, outside vendors, inner company network planners, Project & Performance Engineers, Customer Care, IT, ect.o Install new Nortel GSM & CDMA BTS’s and related equipment including CE, radio, & Carrier upgrades, outdoor BTS batteries, surge suppressors, AC power fail units, and power plants. o Track and resolve interference issues.o Work with NOC & switch group personnel to resolve outage issues.o Package and ship faulty equipment for repair.o Did Harris Constellation MW school in San Antonio TX.
