Managed a team of technicians including Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) such as AT&T, CenturyLink, and other sub-contractors. Accountable for the installation, commissioning, testing and acceptance of all data, voice and video subsystems including the data backbone, and Wireless Access Points (WAPs). Reviewed all IM/IT/Low voltage designs and redlines to construct final Asbuilts. Constructed all telecommunication systems infrastructure to follow Army specifications and ANSI TIA/EIA standards.

Trained 15 technicians on backboards, cross connects, rack mounted patch panels, troubleshooting, and alternative configurations of hardware to include LC, SC, and ST connectors for both multi-mode (MM) and single mode (SM) fiber.
