Currently serving as the Contractor Quality Control Manager for the City of Miami Wagner Creek/Seybold Canal Restoration removal project providing contractor oversight and ensuring permit compliance during all phases of the project, consisting of: dredging of dioxin contaminated sediment, construction of temporary infrastructure for each operating section staging area, and transportation/disposal of the waste to subtitle C and D landfills. Responsibilities included daily site walks (photographs of all site activities) - verifying work was being performed in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Permits, CQCP, and HASP.Prior to that, his role was Construction Quality Control Officer (CQO) for the US EPA Region V GLNPO/WDNR Lincoln Park/Milwaukee River Channel Sediment removal dredging project providing contractor oversight and ensuring permit compliance during all phases of the project: dredging, construction of temporary infrastructure consisting of dewatering pad (80,000 ft2), WWTP pad (25,000 ft2), haul roads, and decontamination pads. Responsibilities included daily site walks (photographs of all site activities) - verifying work was being performed in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Permits, CQAP, SAP, FSP, and HASP, and QC of analytical data provided by onsite laboratory.
