Mark was a pioneer in educating and training the motor industry and his customers on this new and exciting product - which in 15 years would be the first option and preferred method of repairing hail damaged vehicles for Australian Insurance companies.Over the following years Dentoway grew from Mark being a single operator to a team across Australia composing of Management in Admin and Advertising, Technicians and also Franchisees. The business experienced growth and success with Marks direction and also won numerous business awards .The pinnacle being named Australian Small Business of the Year, which rewarded Dentoways dedication to an exceptional customer service standard, quality repairs , business management/systems and staff training.In 1998 Dentoway changed its business direction from mobile reconditioning and franchising to specialising in hail damage repairs. Automotive hail repairs has been Dentoways sole focus for the past 14 years. In this time Dentoway has gained invaluable experience and knowledge in catastrophic hail events in particular managing these events to provide a professional, quality and reliable service to its clients in a high pressure environment.The customers Dentoway serves include commercial and general insurance companies, car dealerships , auto manufacturers, panel shops , rental car companies , fleet owners and individual vehicle owners.Mark is committed to improving the hail repair industry for all parties involved.
