Sales driven professional with 12 years of financial services experience helping members and credit unions achieve their goals. Under broad managerial direction, as a Loans Officer I am in charge of maximizing business opportunities by promoting a full range of investment and lending vehicles, build business relationships and a referral network by profiling members; identifying other member needs and making qualified referrals to commercial lending specialists and our wealth management specialist. I actively participate in all branch campaigns and promotions, and champion the credit union’s relationship selling culture by performing all aspects of this mandate. My position maintains the high profile and image of Oakbank Credit Union as the financial institution of choice in the branch trading area by establishing member client and non-member client relationships and business contacts and by assisting other branch staff to resolve non-routine member questions and inquiries
