Provide oversight for department of 11 full-time professional staff and 55 student staff members, including on-going responsibility for all budget, personnel, assessment, facility management, and strategic planning efforts.

Responsible for leadership related strategic direction – including identifying priorities and establishing action plans - while providing oversight of programming that includes UW-Madison’s Leadership Certificate, Leadership and Involvement Record, and departmentally-sponsored student organizations.

Provided guidance and support to 850 registered student organizations. Created and implemented several training sessions and workshops that focused on various aspects of organization development.

Provided oversight for all ticket operations, including contact with donors, sponsors, media, students, staff, and the general public at the Jenny Craig Pavilion for Division I intercollegiate athletics and special events.

Served as a key information source for students, parents, employees and public. Assisted senior student affairs administrators by coordinating confidential disciplinary hearings. providing additional supervision for Student Orientation and 60 student organizations, and producing informational handbooks and brochures for students.

Developed informational resources for customer service representatives. Supplied leadership and guidance to benefits administrators and customers by reviewing and training call center personnel, authoring troubleshooting resources and delivering accurate service and information.
