Ensure company objectives for cost savings, warehouse operational efficiencies, and building/improving warehouse processes to advance the company's objectives.  Direct and oversee the organizations distribution/logistics/warehouse department. Develops logistics plans and procedures to ensure that client quality needs are met. Update and Create new strategies, policies and procedures to support the functional infrastructure of the warehouse.

I created this company because I started individually contracting with Group Homes, Physician practices and Chiropractic Clinics. After the close of a major billing company various Physician practices were without adequate billing and collection departments. I contracted with those Physicians to educate and train their employees. I direct and implement strategies relating to the development and management of the provider’s network, identifying gaps in network composition and services to assist the staff in prioritizing clinic needs. I am also involved in identifying and remediating operational short-falls and researching and remediating claims. I create spreadsheets to track pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within the clinic. I sit with the clients to address non-standard requests and problems, to assure there is structure and guidelines in place. I also assist my clients with Business and Financial Planning.

Recent buyout retiree contracted TPS (my Consulting Company) looking for a business idea that I would be willing to help him grow.With his public safety and my medical backgrounds, we decided to partner up.I created a Business Plan. After several months of research I received approval from Medicare for a Treatment Plan to cover isobaric 'Chambers', and within 14 months we opened our doors.The clinic offered FLOAT THERAPY for Pain Management, and all forms of Rehabilitation and Strengthening. Float Therapy helped increase the BODY'S response to its Physical Therapy!

I came On Board with Practice to help make the company profitable and grow. Working together we grew Advanced Back and Neck Care (a Chiropractic Facility) into the largest in the area, that featured Physical Therapy and State of the Art Sports Rehab Therapy Equipment. Within 3 years, an offer was made to by this practice for a record price, for a Chiropractic facility. #SUCCESS
