Resulted in drilling and completion of 15 to 100 gross wells per year with 30 in house staff and consultants. Served as member of the Executive Team working in collaboration with the Board of Directors.• Year over year reduction in drilling times from 17 days to 10 days from spud to rig release and minimized on production times resulting in $250K-$500K savings per well.• Enabled 12 rigs running with completions and facility running concurrently with no lost time accidents.• Engaged facility and pipeline group to install batteries and pipelines. Oversaw drilling, completing and servicing of wells, from initial construction to turning over to production included up to seven rigs and completion activities concurrently.
