    Originally, was recruited to overhaul deficient financial function of global, highly leveraged, stakeholder services firm that was created immediately prior to the global financial crisis with The Riverside Company as the private equity sponsor. Promptly upgraded (and reduced) staff and achieved the following:• Implemented rigorous financial closing process which set the standard for Riverside Europe. - Ran competitive auditor rebidding process which slashed annual audit fee by 65+%.• Implemented annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes including weekly cash forecasting.• Established sound relationships with senior and mezzanine lenders which facilitated credit amendments, waivers and ultimately, the financial restructuring in December 2013.• Created and executed financial models for financing with banks and sponsor; trained junior staff to update the model.• Rationalized acquisition assessment process.Most recently, led operating management team through three C.E.O.’s in eight months (2012 to 2013) during the multi-year financial restructuring process (completed during December 2013) which reduced debt by over $80 million. Completed the successful wind down of the London based financial communications business which had experienced devastating resignations and replaced the management of London based Capital Precision. Solicited and coordinated nine separate management buyout proposals – of which six were successfully closed by March 31, 2014. Maintained customer service levels, profitability and staff morale at the three remaining core businesses (D.F. King, Donlin Recano and Capital Precision) which were successfully sold to a strategic industry buyer (American Stock Transfer and Orient Capital) on June 20, 2014. Currently, on point for: resolving post-closing adjustments, the settlement of various obligations, and the global wind-down of the remaining corporations.
