Server • Serve as a Certified Trainer, communicating with senior leadership to design and deliver training and development initiatives to employees.• Assist in creation of a strong and prepared team through application of knowledge sharing and lessons learned initiatives. • Provide exceptional food and beverage service, maintaining targeted customer service and quality assurance at all times. • Ensure food and beverage quality meets current health standards and regulatory compliance initiatives. • Provide attention to detail, accommodating requests and guest needs, ensuring a positive and engaging visit. • Work in collaboration with team members, kitchen staff and management to deliver high level of service. • Transfer service needs to General Management and back of house staff, increasing workflow and reducing errors throughout the service and food preparation process.
